The Account Manager - Migration Team will be responsible for effectively managing client relationships, and migration of clients to a new Travel Risk Management Platform. They will focus on communication, training, migration of accounts and platform usage guidance to maximize customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the migration of clients from one technology platform to another
- Manage migration process for more than one client concurrently
- Document processes and progress
- Work as part of a team towards a common goal
- Solve client issues and escalate when necessary
- Help oversee and coordinate general account and migration management activities and deliverables
- Help ensure the team is effectively managing client relationships, onboarding, and engagement
- Clearly communicating with clients and internal teams
- Actively listening to client needs and feedback
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Adapting communication style to different audiences
- Developing and implementing account strategies
- Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities
- Forecasting and planning for future business needs
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks
- 1-2 years of Account Management or Project Delivery experience
- College degree (undergraduate or equivalent)
- Exposure to a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and data manipulation experience, using data to inform decisions
- Regular Full-Time (RFT)
- Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 annually
- 24/7 availability to the client while on task
- May require domestic and international travel
