Position Overview
The Imbedded Security Analyst will be responsible for client security requests, managing client data, international travel itineraries, global beacon tracking devices, worldwide intelligence monitoring, and assisting the client if under duress while traveling.
Duties and Responsibilities
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build mission briefs based on client’s itinerary and required security posture
- Coordinate and direct international security team members in support of client under duress
- Identify and prioritize emergency situations as they develop internationally
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with a diverse group of people to include C-Suite executives, support staff, international security operators, international law enforcement and international operation centers
- Perform functions such as responding to phone calls and emails, entering and updating client data, maintaining duty logs, updating and organizing company files
- Conduct regular client interface and account management related functions while delivering exceptional customer service
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage GPS-based global tracking devices and platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve possible technical issues of tracking devices and platform
- Perform all other related duties as assigned, including but not limited to, assisting with marketing efforts and the creations of intelligence products
- Provide support for aerial medical evacuations
- Respond to crisis-level events to facilitate emergency extractions and protection as needed
- Perform other duties as requested by the client
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years in a customer support/physical security environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Interest in executive protection, travel, and security services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with large corporate clients and high net worth families and individuals
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Strong attention to detail
- Provide security posture recommendations for travelers
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Desired Qualifications:
- Working understanding of physical security and executive protection
- Military experience preferred, Veteran Friendly Organization
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, Security Studies, Political Science, or related field
- Travel experience
Work Environment & Schedule
- This is a full-time position located in Hartford, Connecticut
- Exposure to stressful situations, such as challenging individuals or high-alert security issues
- Exposure to sensitive and confidential information
- Regular computer usage
- Close and distance vision and ability to adjust focus
- Frequent sitting and standing
- On occasion, perform physical activity when needed
