Position Overview

Global Guardian's Asset Security Division is seeking an enthusiastic individual for Part-Time Security Operations Center Operator role to join our fast-paced Charlotte, NC office.

The Security Operations Center Operator will cross train in the Video monitoring, Intrusion detection, FA, and Asset Tracking.

We are looking for a team member who is extremely efficient and wants to grow with us.

Job Responsibilities



 
  • Dispatch local authorities when necessary
  • Able to handle life-saving situations utilizing event driven Artificial Intelligence
  • Respond to events and alarms for Video Monitoring, Intrusion detection, FA, and Asset Tracking
  • Conduct site guard tours and immediate response to panic alarms
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of, and adherence to, site protocols
  • Maintain accurate records of all incidents and prepare incident reports for any events
     
Experience / Requirements


 
  • 1-3 years' experience in the security industry preferred
  • Military and / or security background preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and has a strong work ethic
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other corporate team members and operational team members.
