Security Lead - Contractor
Position Summary and Objective
The Security Lead will support the Security Manager in all operational aspects, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a safe environment. This will be an in person position Sunday-Thursday located at 3 manufacturing locations in Northern Israel. This position might include occasional international travel as well.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Team Management:
- Train and lead the local security team.
- Conduct regular performance assessments.
- Foster a cohesive and efficient team.
- Security Operations:
- Perform security controls, audits, and exercises.
- Implement and enforce security procedures.
- Respond to emergencies promptly.
- Intelligence and Recruitment:
- Gather intelligence and assess threats.
- Conduct employee reliability checks.
- Interview potential candidates.
- Emergency Preparedness:
- Maintain competence through regular exercises.
- Implement emergency procedures.
- Be available for irregular hours, including weekends.
- Incident Investigations:
- Investigate security incidents thoroughly.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
- Policy Implementation:
- Ensure proper application of security procedures.
- Monitor compliance with policies.

Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in the security industry (prior law enforcement, military, or high-level private security background)
- Experience in leading a security team preferred
- Strong judgment, discretion, and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- English and Hebrew fluency required

- Sunday - Thursday
- In-person position located in Northern Israel
