Position Summary and Objective
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing security, budget and travel logistics for UNHW Individuals and high-profile corporations, as assigned. They will be responsible for not only the successful execution of Missions globally, but also overall Client Engagement with Global Guardian. The Project Manager will report directly to the Director of Project Management.

Position Summary and Objective
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing security, budget and travel logistics for UNHW Individuals and high-profile corporations, as assigned. They will be responsible for not only the successful execution of Missions globally, but also overall Client Engagement with Global Guardian. The Project Manager will report directly to the Director of Project Management.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Identify and source the relevant security posture based on Client threat profile and itinerary.
- Create and prepare Mission Brief documentation.
- Create and provide quality assurance of financial documentation for all relevant engagements.
- Coordinate and direct security team members in support of Clients.
- Lead Client interface and account management functions at all levels of an organization, up to and including C-Suite level executives.
- Respond to crisis-level events to facilitate emergency extractions and resupplies as needed.
- Respond to Client inquiries promptly and resolve or escalate critical security situations.
- Perform administrative duties and data management using company-shared systems and applications.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including marketing and brand initiatives for creating intelligence products.
Competencies and Attributes
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; secondary language skills a bonus.
- Master in developing relationships across cultural headwinds.
- Ability to make decisions involving multiple factors while under pressure.
- Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and de-escalate situations effectively.
- Ability to maintain composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and others under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Qualifications and Education
- At least 3 years of security experience is required. 5+ years of security experience is preferred. At least 1-3 should be in a leadership position.
- High school diploma is required. Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
- Extensive international travel experience is required.
- Competency in a secondary language to English is preferred.
- Intelligence experience and/or significant exposure to multinational geopolitical events preferred.
- Experience with security cameras, residential security teams, and embedded personnel preferred.
- Military experience, particularly combat arms or SOF, preferred.
Position Type and Schedule
- Regular Full-Time (RFT).
- 24/7 availability to assigned Clients in times of emergency or as required.
