The Human Resources Generalist role, a unique and integral part of our HR service delivery model, offers an exceptional personal and professional growth platform. It plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR workstreams, including policy development, compensation, employee engagement, HRIS, and systems management.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Partner with management to foster a responsive talent management program and learning culture.
- Foster a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage onboarding processes, including new hire training initiatives and building learning arcs.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions on various HR-related topics, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Help to develop a talent acquisition program, including workforce planning and selection practices.
- Works closely with hiring managers to review job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Coordinate employee offboarding, including departure details, exit interviews, and communications.
- Assist and partake in conducting employee investigations and performance management sessions.
- Participate in projects such as reengineering HR systems and implementing new HR technology.
- Assist in the development and administration of employee development programs.
- Perform compensation benchmarking exercises to ensure competitive pay levels in the market.
- Generate human resources reports and analyze key performance indicators
- Collaborate with the HR team to support projects and initiatives for business objectives.

Qualifications and Education
- 2-4 years of human resources experience performing HR operations workstreams.
- 0-2 years of HR generalist experience working across HR functions of the employee lifecycle.
- Experience with payroll accounting and processing administration is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in human resources or business administration preferred.
- Demonstrated prowess with HRIS systems, including recruiting and web-savvy research.
- Exhibits drive and quickly develop, advancing along a planned learning arc.
Position Type and Schedule
- Regular Full-Time (RFT).
- Exempt professional.
